SEASONED GROND BEEF
4 ponds ground beef 1 ½ inch chopped onions 2 medium 2 cloves minced garlic 2 cups tomato juice 1 ½ cups beef broth 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper
Brown meat, drain fat. Add onion and garlic, cook slowly until onions are tender. Add the rest and simmer for 15 minutes or until hot throughout. Skim off excess fat. Pack hot meat and sauce into jars leaving 1 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process pints 1 hour and 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure Quarts 1 hour 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure
