That's right I am starting a grassroots movement to move the Mason Dixon line.
I am tired of these yankees thinking they are Sutherns. They don't even know what "real" BBQ is...they think this vinegar sauce soaked meat with coleslaw on top is BBQ.
The New South... Georgia, Alabama, Southern Tennessee (from Nashville south) Mississippi, and the panhandle of Florida that is only under the state of Alabama (not the beach area either) Louisiana (excluding NOLA) and the Eastern part of Texas (Piney Woods area only got to get Trip in there). Oh and maybe some of South Carolina but I will have to take their BBQ first.
Sorry Kitty but you and I gotta move south.

Absolutely the worst thing, those years I spent in exile in NC, was the stuff they thought was BBQ!! About a month or so after relocating to MS, DW and I took our lives in our hands to go to downtown Memphis, of all places. Why did we risk our lives in this way? For BBQ ribs at the Rendezvous, that is why. It was well worth it. www.hogsfly.com/TheRestaurant.phpYou are, you realize, going to have to set up exclusionary zones around Atlanta, GA and Jackson, MS and Birmingham, AL?? The problem with NC is that, along the I85 corridor from SC border up through Charlotte and on towards Raleigh, way too many immigrants from NY, NJ, and urban PA and OH have moved in, The Southron way of life is fast disappearing there.

I know we've had the BBQ debate before and I like mine western NC style. Pulled pork with tomato based vinegar sauce on the side. Wow I miss BBQ!!!! The problem with NC is the moron natives here keep voting democrat cause they think they're still dixiecrats. Then you have the transplants from up north and Florida they all vote democrat. Lets not forget we have tons of "immigrants" take wild guess where the majority are from. In the mountains we got the artists, hippies and newagers. Oh yeah and 50% of Charlotte must be on welfare. All these groups have one thing in common...................democrats I'm surrounded by idiots I hate this godforsaken place

Hey, what about me here in Cincinnati, can you not grant an exception and annex just the eastern corner of the city? We got our own BBQ Sauce. It's called "Montgomery Inn". I will send each of you a bottle and you can vote on my admittance.

Nope sorry Leeann. We can't annex anything above the mason dixon line. You'll have to move south with earthmuffin and kitty.

I vote we don't include any of Florida though. The rest of it looks good but just leaving Florida out of it altogether would probably be best. We do need to lock Jackson, MS out of it too though. It needs to be sealed off with NOLA and seal off the southwestern portion of MS too... its NOLA now. I'd be willing to move to not be sealed out.

But EM and Kitty live in NC and Kitty hates it there. If I invite her to Cincinnati and she comes, then what? Please reconsider. Here we only have race riots every now and then. But we do have the BBQ Sauce

That's it we are all heading to Louis' back 40 and we are squatting there, yep that's right pitching tents, digging outhouses and digging fire pits. Louis you may want to warn the mayor and your parents wouldn't want to scare anyone. Then Deer is bringing up a load of Bambi and we are BBQing.
LeeAnn bring your BBQ sauce and come on.
Yep another rough day at work. I swear for my boss to be a guy he stays on the rag more than any one woman I know. Dad-burn midget Greek troll. Yes my boss is Greek, he is 1st generation American...never married and has short timers, he is a couple years away from retiring AGAIN.
